- وقد كانت المرأة في الجاهلية سلعة لا قيمة لها ، ومتعة للعابثين ينالون وطرهم منها ثم يلقونها ، فجاء الإسلام وأعلى مكانتها ، فأخبر الله تعالى أنها مخلوقة من الرجل ، فقال { هو الذي خَلَقكم مِن نفسٍ واحدةٍ وجعلَ منها زوجها لِيَسْكُنَ إليها } وقال { يا أيها الناسُ إنا خَلقناكم من ذكرٍ وأنثى وجعلناكم شُعوباً وقبائلَ لتعارفوا إنَّ أكرمكم عند الله أتقاكم } ( الحجرات : 13).
- وقالت عائشة رضي الله عنها قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : “إنما النساءُ شقائقُ الرجال” رواه أبو داود والترمذي وأحمد .
- وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم موصيا بالنساء : ” استوصوا بالنساء خيرًا ” متفق عليه . وقال عليه الصلاة والسلام : ” أكملُ المؤمنين إيماناً أحسنُهم خلقاً ، وخياركم خياركم لنسائهم ” رواه أحمد وأبو داود والترمذي وابن ماجه .
