  1. They turn underestimation into power.
     ” Every successful woman I know has countless stories of underestimation, says Lisa Sung Sutton, a business pioneer who has founded and helped to expand several companies in various industries, including real estate and food. When women turn that into power, they succeed every time.” Thus, Lisa advises every girl and every woman to be confident of her abilities and why she is in any position in the first place. She says, “You’re not there as a decor, you’re there to do the job. So focus on your goal and do it.”
  2. They make the most of setbacks.
     Jill Griffin, author of the book “Get your seat on the board of directors of the company,” says, “There’s a little secret I heard over and over again during interviews with women entrepreneurs. It’s that often, the moment of success comes disguised as a disappointment. Work through those moments, and you’ll often find a better outcome than I imagined.” It adds: “You will have other moments like this in your career, and you will draw encouragement and strength from past obstacles that will help you get through the next phase.”
  3. They choose to advance on perfection.
     Rachel Bieder, business leader and owner of PRESS Modern Massage, says: “As women, we often grew up socially to believe that everything must be beautiful and perfect. But perfection can significantly hamper progress and movement. To succeed, I was able to get my mind out of this trap by trying new things.”
  4. They’re asking for recognition of their accomplishments.
     Studies have documented the confidence gap among women, which often prevents them from applying for 100 per cent of unskilled jobs, or from demanding an increase in salaries. Successful women, however, find ways to publicize their achievements and ask for recognition.
  5. They do the thing even when the results are unknown.
     Instead of waiting for 100% confidence in their decision or desired outcome, successful women take action first. Only by trying and failing can they learn what helps to succeed, and no one really understands everything in life or work. This is illustrated by Natalie Lucer, Ambassador of AccessAlly of the European Union, who said: “Successful women learn that taking action despite fear and uncertainty is how they can move forward.”
  6. They motivate each other.
     There’s plenty of room in the world for everyone to prosper and succeed. Stephanie Wells, Formidable Forms says: “We don’t need to incite women against each other in rat race to the top. Instead, successful women motivate and encourage each other to be the best. Jealousy and passivity can only distract you from living your life properly and feeling happy.”
  7. They guide other women.
     Shelby Sharma, head of engineering at Kvantum, says: “The guidance of other women keeps you closer to Earth and reality. When you go up the ladder, things may change for you as to how the world sees you, but a person who leaves you for 10 to 12 years may have a completely different perspective and challenges than you faced when you were at that stage.”
  8. He masters the art of reading body language.
     Kelly Richardson, Infobrandz Foundation, says: “Women are born to care, and as a result, we have these amazing forces to read the implied meaning and body languages. Because you just have to imagine how long children will have to wait if we can’t understand their needs and the slight changes in their behavior.” Kelly explains how these forces can be used in the professional sphere, saying: “These great powers have helped many successful businesswomen to reach high levels by better understanding and managing their teams.”

     We used to feel so afraid that people would steal our ideas, do them, and maybe do them better. But Kerry Jared, marketing manager at MKG Marketing, explains the importance of sharing ideas and its impact on women’s success, saying, “I now find that more people are asking to learn from each other, and I think that women are leading this open communication. We’re not afraid to share our success and how we got there so that we could build each other and learn from each other.”
  10. They’re hosting leadership gatherings.
     Spending time with successful women helps to succeed and advance, Nanche Leo, the assistant marketing manager at Enplug: “One of the influential habits I learned from my successful friends is hosting leadership gatherings. Whether it’s a group lunch or a retreat, my friends and I are co-hosting our homes or planning group trips that bring our networks together. In these gatherings, we share our personal stories and business ideas. The only purpose remains to have a good time with other successful people.”
  11. They’re getting out of line.
     At an early age, girls are taught to be nice and beautiful. As a result, many women have become less willing to take risks and become paranoid. Daisy Jing, CEO of Panish says, “You’ve also been through this phase, where you feel like you’re tied to this perfect standard. Successful women, however, are likely not to conform to these criteria. Be naughty and brave and discriminate against others, even if it means being the only woman in a room full of men.”

Finally, having learned the common things that successful women do that help them build a successful career, ambitious women and girls must not lose hope for their dreams, and they must always remember that the road to success may be difficult, but not impossible. They must not succumb to the pressures and challenges they may face in their career. The determination and determination to follow the footsteps of successful women are the key to success.
